This policy explains how customers can request cancellation of orders placed on the VELQU website.

1. Cancellation before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before their order is dispatched. Approval depends on the order status and whether processing or packing has already begun.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

2. Cancellation after Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may need to receive the order and follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

3. How to request Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact our customer support team as soon as possible with:

Order number
Name used while placing the order
Reason for cancellation, if requested

4. COD & Partial Order Cancellations

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order status. Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Customers may also request cancellation of individual items before dispatch, subject to order status and technical availability.

5. Refunds & Cancellation by VELQU

Refunds for eligible cancelled prepaid orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy, through the original payment method or another applicable method.

VELQU reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect customer information, non-serviceable locations, failed verification, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any eligible prepaid refund for an order cancelled by VELQU will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
