All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors. Incorrectly priced orders may be cancelled, with eligible refunds processed.

Promotional offers and discount codes may have expiry dates, usage limits or product exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

3. Orders, Payments & COD

Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. An order confirmation does not always mean the order has been finally accepted. Acceptance may depend on product availability, payment, address verification and other necessary checks.

VELQU may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, incomplete information, suspected fraud, non-serviceable locations or other legitimate operational reasons. Quantity restrictions may also apply.

Payments must be completed using the methods available at checkout. Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and policies.

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, additional conditions may apply. COD availability may depend on location, order value, customer history and operational requirements. COD orders may be verified before dispatch.

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, chemical treatment, alterations or misuse may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
